Consultancy and training form the backbone for a successful
implementation of a system. Soft-Pro's training sessions are
organized according to a client's operational requirements and
are usually conducted at the user's learning pace and premises.
Client data is used for tutorials so as to simulate real life
situations.
Before a system is installed, the project team will assist users
in pre-implementation activities such as coding and data preparation
and are constantly available to clarify doubts and solved problems
encountered. Effective planning and scheduling of each phase
of implementation are carried out to ensure on-target completion
of installation.

applications but also for commercially available office automation
software (word-processing, spreadsheet, presentations, etc.,),
network familiarization and administration, electronics communication
such as messaging and email such as Microsoft Exchange and Lotus
Notes, and network facsimile system.
